My artifact is a reference book of Japanese history. The title of the book is “Memorizing the Terms of Japanese History B by Era and Currents.” It published by Buneido. It is not covered by book’s cover. It is white, but it is dirty in places. The size is a little smaller than A4 paper. It is thin like a notebook. The pages in the book are written in, and makers are drawn on the pages. My Japanese History teacher is Mr. Isizuka. He always wears a suit. I took his lessons in my second and third year of high school. He gave a fun lesson to help student remember Japanese History. In addition, he often drawled diagrams and pictures of Japanese History lesson contents on blackboard to help student understand. One day during my third year of high school, he talked about studying for a university entrance exam at lunch break. Then, he introduced us his recommended reference books. He recommended reference books of English and Japanese history because he is very good at humanities. I didn’t kn

I visited a Ma-Bo noodle specialty restaurant, Ma-bo kaikan, on Wednesday with my friend. It places south of Niigata station. My friend found the rastaurant and took me there. Very spicy ma-bo noodle is famous there. However, I ate not the spiciest  ma-bo noodle because I cannot eat spicy food. I had "sin ma-bo noodle". It was really tasty! Ma-bo tohu and ramen go very well together! I also ate dumplings(gyouza) and rice. These were delicious too!  Ma-bo noodle, dumplings , rice Next, we went to McDonald's. Actually, I had never eaten the Triangular chocolate pie. So, I ate it for the first time. It is more and more delicious than what I imaged! The inside is filled with sweet chocolate and the out side is little bitter pie. I can have it as many as I wanted! If you have never eaten it, you should definitely try it! I had the Triangular chocolate pie again two days later! In addition, it is 180 yen. I was really surprised it is very inexpensive!  Triangular chocolate pie

I get a lesson"locally-produced and locally-consumed of Niigata prefecture". I'm learning about snow and way to preserve food with snow. In the class, I learned about vegetables under the snow. The way to preserve vegetables (espesially vegetables harvested in winter) under snow without harvesting is "yukisita tyozou", Storage under snow. It has two characteristics. Environment of stable low temperature and environment of high moisture lebel. On the other hand, refrigerator temperatures go back and forth between 1 and 7 degrees Celsius. Bsides, it is dry in refrigerator. So, preserved vegetables under snow is sweeter and more delisious than normal vegetables. This class made me want to try the preserved vegetables under the snow. Cabbage under the snow Cabbage under the snow References MAINAVI. Branding of "cabbage in the snow," which can cost more than 3,000 yen a piece, converting two meters of snow into added value. https://agri.mynavi.jp/2019_01_0

I introduced cut vegetables sold at convenience store. I take part-time job at convenience store, LAWSON. I buy dinner there when I work night. I usually buy cut vegetables because I don't want to get fat. I think they are great dinner! Calories of cut vegetables is about 30. This number is very low! I hear we should not overeat especially at night to not get fat. So, cut vegetables is my best dinner. In addition, there are many types of them. In LAWSON, Lettuce salad, Mixed radish salad, Corn salad and Carrots salad are bought. I enjoyed eating different vegetables. However, There are one thing what you need to watch out for. Dressings are high in calories!

We also bought two pizzas and french fries. Then, we visited my friend's home. We talked a lot and ate pizza and french fries. Next, we made a cake. We disided to make a blood cake because we like a popular anime, Chainsawman. Making a cake with my friend is so fun! We struggled with getting whipped cream to turn red by using food coloring, but we could get it to turn bright red finally. We put oreo cookie and strawvey jam in the cake. Besides, we put  pokky, kinokonoyama and marble chocolate on the cake. I think this is the real halloween cake! the halloween cake After we made it, we ate it togater. The cake didn't taste good surprisingly! I have never eaten a cake which didn't taste so good. It was too sweet because we put only sweet things in it.  The cake was very bad. However, we really en
