I went to Yahiko Shrine with my club. We went inside the shrine and had Shinto priest (神主さん) pray for us. The shrine is most precious in Niigata. Also, it is large, mysterious and beautiful! We prayed success of activity.  I visit a udon restaurant near Yahiko Shrine after praying there. I'm sorry for forgetting the restaurant's name. This restaurant has many kinds of menu. I ordered Mentaiko (spicy cod roe) butter kamatama (egg) udon. It is very delisious! There is kaisenndon (bowl of rice topped with slices of seafood) restaurant at next to the udon restaurant. The cooking method of frying has been used since the Meiji Era in Japan. Until then, there had been fried food such as Tempura which is a Japanese dish consisting of seafood, meat, vegetables, and other ingredients wrapped in a flour-based batter and deep-fried in oil. But there weren't stir-fried food. Between the Meiji and Taisho Era, Japanese people started making stir-fried food such as stir-fried vegetables because Western cooking method ware introduced. All my Family have a lunch in diferent place such as school, working place and my home each other on weekdays. But, My family have a lunch together when everyone was at home on holidays. That time, mother usually make stir-fried vegetables for my family. Sometimes we put it on ramen and eat. So, lunch at home is stir-fried vegetables, in my mind. I bought a stuffed toy of Hangyodon when I went to shopping mall in Sanjo. Hangyodon is one of the Sanrio characters. He is Half-fish man born in China, and has a friend of octopus named Sayuri. I think his charm points are his thick lips and big eyes. He is very cute. I'm very happy for going to university with Hangyodon. Hangyodon I'm going to go to Disney for two days in February. So, I bought tickets of Disneyland and Sea. Price of Disney ticket is 8,400 for one day on weekday. And, I must pey for  the night bus and hotel. I almost lost the salary of my part-time job in December. However, I think the ticket and hotel are expensive, but there are value of going to Disney because it is a very fun place! I'm looking forword to going to Disney!

 I will introduce my favorite band these days. The band's name is RADWIMPS. I like this band very much and listen to its songs every day when I was junior high school student. And recently it's booming in me again. I often listen to this band's song on my way to school. RADWIMPS is three-piece band, and I think it is famous in Japan. Especially famous song of this band is "前前前世". This song was used in the movie "君の名は". Vocalist is Yojiro Noda. He also does songwriting. He writes a lot of kinds of songs. For exanple, songs that get people excited,  ballad songs, sad songs and cool songs... I like all songs which he write. My very favorite song is "五月の蠅", "君と羊と青" and "PAPARAZZI". "五月の蠅" is the song of a man who is heavy with love. "君と羊と青" is the song get people excited. I walked to the Hachiman Shrine with my friends as soon as New Year began. The Shrine illuminated by lights at night was beautiful and mysterious. We drew a "omikuji" (fortune) after praying Hachiman-sama. It came out "Daikichi" which is the best fortune. I was very happy!  I visited AEON Mall Niigata South on January 1st with my mother. We walk a lot and went into many stores. My mother bought me clothes. On the way to shopping,  earthquake hit and the shopping mall's ground shook very much. I was surprised. We  crouched(しゃがんだ) on the ground. The shaking went on for a minutets. We try to call my family, however, we can't call my family because everyone call their family. I was worry about my groundmother who was in home alone. I watched news about the earthquake on TV after I went home. Then, I know damage from the earthquake in Ishikawa. The painful news was being broadcast all the time. I thought I will have a happy New Year's, but it turned out to be
